My client for this shoot were the Historic Houses Association who represent and promote over 1600 historic houses, castles and gardens. Their winner for this year’s Restoration Award was the gorgeous Glynde Place, a beautiful building which just OOZES Elizabethan charm. Tucked away in the South Downs, this restoration has given the building a whole new lease of life, transforming Glynde Place into a family home suitable for modern living and a perfect venue for weddings and concerts.
The photos from today’s shoot were to be issued to and used throughout the press and also in a special feature in the quarterly HHA magazine so it is good the weather was on our side! Glynde Place is at the heart of the estate. It is an Elizabethan country house built of local flint and Caen stone and definitely worth a visit if you are in the area!
