Corporate Event Photography

Corporate event photography across the UK

I photograph corporate events for businesses, event organisers, agencies and venues. Based in Leicestershire, I provide event photography in London, Birmingham and across the UK, covering product launches, awards ceremonies, gala dinners, receptions and networking events.

From room setups and branding to guest interactions, presentations and celebrations, I capture the people and details that tell the story of your event. The photographs give you material for marketing, PR, social media and internal communications.

Recent event photography

For One PR Events at SUSHISAMBA London, I photographed a spring client event across the venue, including guest conversations, hospitality and live performances. At The Star Trust Ball at Rutland Hall, coverage began with daytime Aston Martin test drives and continued through the evening auction, entertainment and dance floor. Both assignments called for photographs of the setting, the people and the moments that shaped the event.

Delivery and image use

I usually deliver your finished photographs within 1–2 days of your event via Pixieset, where you can download your images. Occasionally, larger events take longer.

If you need a small selection during the event for PR or social media, I can provide this by prior arrangement. This requires a scheduled break of around 20 minutes in photography coverage so I can prepare and deliver those images.

Unlimited usage of the supplied photographs is included.
